Form Groups In School

Updates:
3rd January 2023 ~ Updated the Group Size flavours. These should now properly allow the increase group size after they appeared to stop working recently.

19th August 2022 ~ Added three additional flavours of the mod to increase group sizes, by request: 15, 25 and 50. ONLY CHOOSE ONE FILE as they will all conflict with one another.

I’m enjoying High School Years so far – the pack theme is right up my street and I’m HERE for it. However one thing that bugged me a little was that I couldn’t add Sims to groups in school.

I use the ‘Add To Group’ feature all the time in my gameplay, to encourage groups of friends to sit together at University, to guiding families to the same location at the beach. So to not be able to sit my teen friendship groups together at lunchtime was a bit of a pain.

So I made this little mod to enable the Add To Group interaction while Sims are in school.

What Does This Mod Do?

This means you can group up your teen and their friends and guide them to travel together in the canteen and around the school. It makes getting friends to sit together at lunchtime much easier.

Compatibility

This mod overrides the following files:
ensembleInteractions_AddToEnsemble
simPickerInteraction_Ensemble_AddToGroup
simPickerInteraction_Ensemble_RemoveFromGroup

As such, it’ll conflict with other mods that do the same, including mods to increase the number of Sims in a group. I am happy to provide various flavours, should you want to increase group sizes as well.

Flavours

By request, there are now three additional versions that expand the group size: 15, 25 or 50. Choose only one version, as all four will conflict with each other.
If you choose to have clubs with more than 20 members, you will need to download a 20 sims per zone cap remover, otherwise you won’t see more than 20 Sims at a time.
