The Fear of Dead-End Job is a base-game fear by Maxis, overhauled by me in The Hopes & Fears Mod (Version 2.0).
Changes Made & Fixes:
The main change here is that I’ve now made this incremental – your Sim will need to consistently have bad performances at work for this Fear to trigger. This also means it will no longer take only a few days for the Sim to develop this fear; it will take a lot longer than that.
The fear can now also be resolved by getting promoted at work, thus proving the job is not a dead-end one!
