In my game, I have an opera house for my philharmonic society and my actors to rehearse and perform in. There was always something missing and so I’ve created a Theatre lot trait.
You Will Need
- This mod requires Lumpinou’s Mood Pack mod. This is important because several of the buffs I’ve created to go with this lot trait require moods from this mod. If you don’t have this mod installed, your game will crash if it tries to generate any of those buffs.
Technical Details
The trait is available on any lot; residential, community and rental, so it’s suitable for just about anything.
While on a lot with the trait, Sims will generate Whims relating to the Acting skill, if Get Famous is installed.
The trait only requires the Base Game but Get Famous is also recommended but not required.

Features
When sims arrive on the lot, they receive the ‘Theatrical Brilliance’ buff.
I also created 5 social interactions for the trait.
Some of them provide the Sims with buffs and others don’t.
