With the introduction of Snowy Escape to the Sims 4 expansion pack collection, lots of people have been building ski lodges to suit the Yukimatsu neighbourhood of Mt Komorebi. So, I thought it might be fun to have a Ski Lodge Lot Trait!

Technical Details

Due to the nature of the trait, Snowy Escape is required for the effects of the ‘Time To Hit The Slopes’ buff. As the trait doesn’t make much sense without it, the pack is advised.

Features

The trait is available on any lot; residential, community and rental, so it’s suitable for just about anything.
When the ‘A Cosy Atmosphere’ buff is active, friendships and romantic relationships are gained slightly faster than usual due to the cosy and comforting surroundings.
When the ‘Time To Hit The Slopes’ buff is active, Sims gain skiing and snowboarding skills slightly faster and sims are encouraged to autonomously head to the slopes to ski, snowboard or sled.
