Back onto the festive theme today with another new lot trait: Father Winter’s Grotto!
Technical Details
There are eight buffs altogether.
The trait is available on any lot; residential, community and rental, so it’s suitable for just about anything.
While on a lot with the trait, Sims will be pushed to perform snow-related activities autonomously.
The trait won’t make much sense with Seasons so that pack is a requirement.

Features
There are a small handful of different buffs your sims can get on a lot with this trait. Everyone gets the “It’s Father Winter’s Grotto!” buff, which boosts the ‘Fine’ emotion.
Depending on traits and ages, Sims will receive other buffs while on any lot with this trait.
