Life can be stressful. That’s why it’s important to try and relax as much as possible. Why not help your Sims out with that with these Relaxation Holiday Traditions?
Technical Details
There are 6 traditions in total. They require Seasons, Spa Day and Snowy Escape.
I’ve enabled sims with kuttoe’s High Maintenance and Health Nut traits to love these traditions. You don’t need these traits for the traditions to work; I just included the feature because I use them myself. So if you have them, Sims with these traits will love these traditions.

The Traditions
Do Yoga ~ Yoga can be so relaxing and good for the body and soul. Perform any yoga routine or simply practice yoga to complete this tradition.
Hot Springs ~ The hot springs are perfect for relaxing those aching muscles. Why not spoil yourself today? Visit the hot springs to complete this tradition.
Meditate ~ It’s time to focus one’s mind for a period of time as a method of relaxation. Take some time to meditate today to complete this tradition.
Receive Massage ~ Time to relax and pamper yourself today with a massage from a professional at the local spa, or from a loved one. Receive a massage to complete this tradition.
Relaxing Soak ~ A soak in a bath, either a mud bath or a regular bath with soaks, can be very soothing and relaxing. Hop into a soothing tub to complete this tradition.
Sauna ~ Relaxing in a hot sauna is a wonderful way to revitalise the skin. Relax in the sauna to complete this tradition.
