The Fear of Unfulfilled Dreams is a base-game fear by Maxis, overhauled by me in The Hopes & Fears Mod (Version 2.0). This was, perhaps, one of the most irritating fears which is now hopefully significantly less irritating.
Changes Made & Fixes:
Instead of taking 2 days to trigger if no wants are completed, it will now take a little over 7 days to trigger this fear. 
In the unmodded version, completing one want maxed out the hidden fulfillment meter. In this overhaul, each want has a different value for fulfillment and as such will increase fulfillment by varying amounts. This is to make it a little more realistic.
If the hidden fulfillment meter drops to 0, the Fear is triggered. With this overhaul, once the meter has risen to 50, the Fear is resolved. So the more Wants you can complete if your Sim has the fear, the faster it will resolve.
